Ordering Events

As many of you have ascertained by now, the process for ordering events has changed somewhat since the Year Three changes have been implemented to the Living Greyhawk Campaign.

To assist you in ordering adventures for your convention, game day, or home game, please use the following steps:

1. Go to http://www.wizards.com/rpga.

2. Click on the "Members Sign In" box in the upper right hand corner of the page.

3. At the prompt, enter your RPGA number and password.

4. Click on the "Request Scenarios for a Gathering" link.

5. From there, you will have to enter information about your event, including dates, number of tables, and the like. When this is complete, click on the "Step 2" button.

6. Then, you will be prompted to select the adventures that you would like to run at your event. Assuming that the site is working correctly, the only LG adventures that should be made available to you are Cores, Yeomanry regional modules, and Sheldomar Valley metaregional modules. If something else appears, save yourself some headaches and do not order them.

7. Once you have completed your events, submit your event. You should receive a confirmation email that repeats everything you have ordered. Your event will also be assigned a code. Keep this code handy.

8. Within a couple of days, you will receive another email indicating that the adventures you have ordered are ready for download. You only have 10 days to do this, so be sure you download your events promptly. You will NOT receive any of the ARs for regional or metaregional adventures. If for some reason these modules are not included, you should be able to download the metaregionals at http://www.living-greyhawk.com/Sheldomar Valley.htm and the regionals at http://www.living-greyhawk.com/yeomanry.htm.

9. Similarly, all regional and metaregional adventures you order are password protected. Fill out the AR Request form to request the passwords AND the ARs for each of these adventures. You MUST include the event name, date, and code or we will not send them to you. Assuming all of your information is confirmed, you should receive the ARs and passwords from us within 48 hours.
